About the Role

As Executive Director, you will:
Define and execute Clinical Data Science strategies for global development programs
Serve as the primary data science representative to health authorities, influencing regulatory perspectives
Drive adoption of AI/ML methodologies for disease modeling, biomarker analysis, and precision medicine
Oversee large-scale initiatives ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables
Represent the organization at industry conferences, shaping best practices
Lead and mentor a global team of data scientists and managers

Key Responsibilities

Strategic leadership in clinical trial design and data science integration
Innovation in AI/ML applications for imaging, genomics, proteomics, and precision medicine
Regulatory engagement and defense of data strategies
Operational excellence in GxP compliance, vendor management, and budget oversight

Qualifications

Ph.D. in Biostatistics, Bioinformatics, or related computational sciences
10+ years of experience in clinical development, data science, and biostatistics
Recognized leader in AI/ML or precision medicine
Proven regulatory engagement and external presentation experience
Strong leadership skills with global team management experience
Preferred: Research experience in neurology, especially Alzheimer's biomarkers (plasma, CSF, imaging)
