Overview
We are seeking a highly qualified Clinical Laboratory Director to oversee our laboratory operations in compliance with CLIA regulations. The ideal candidate will possess clinical laboratory experience and demonstrate a strong understanding of laboratory techniques, quality assurance, and regulatory requirements. This leadership role requires a commitment to excellence in laboratory practices and the ability to drive continuous improvement in our clinical services.
Responsibilities
- Direct and manage all clinical laboratory operations, ensuring compliance with CLIA regulations.
- Oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of laboratory procedures to ensure accuracy and reliability of test results.
- Must work up to 8 hours remotely on a monthly basis and according to CLIA guidelines.
Skills / Requirements
- Must have a Florida license to direct a microbiology laboratory in the state of FL.
Starting monthly pay is $1800 for the first 2-3 months with no work. This monthly payment is for your CLIA slot. After 3 months or when work begins (whichever is sooner), the monthly pay increases to $2500 monthly.
