We are looking for highly motivated and driven bioinformaticians to work on quantitative genetics and genomics methods development using DNA or RNA sequencing datasets, with the goal of gaining novel insights into cell type specific networks in Alzheimer's Disease.
Ideal candidates have strong backgrounds and a B.S., M.S. or Ph.D. in Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, Quantitative genetics or genomics, or other quantitative sciences. Candidates with research experience in human genetics, genomics, or next-generation sequence analyses (DNA/bulk RNA/single cell RNA and other omics) are highly encouraged to apply.
