Roles & Responsibilities:
- ) Work with epidemiologists and data scientists to conduct bioinformatics analysis for genomic review of restrospective COVID outbreaks.
Minimum Qualification:
- ) Experience working with state public health programs on complex bioinformatics analysis, including data management of genomic data and creating phylogenetic trees.
- ) At least 2 years of experience in relevant field.
- ) Minimum education required: PhD.
