Role Overview:
The Multi-Omics Translational Scientist integrates genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, metabolomics, and clinical data to ensure coherent and actionable inference in the Knowledge Graph.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve conflicts between domain experts across omics and clinical data
- Integrate multi-modal data into the Digital Twin platform
- Identify gaps and blind spots in biological or clinical inference
- Collaborate with all Biology, Systems, Clinical, and Data teams
- Support cross-domain decision-making and arbitration
Qualifications:
- Expertise in multi-omics and translational
- PhD strongly preferred
- Experience building real-world platforms, not just academic analyses
