EPIC ANALYST - BEACON/WILLOW
Innovien Solutions is currently hiring an Epic Beacon Analyst to support oncology care initiatives within a large healthcare environment. This role serves as a critical bridge between clinical, operational, and technical teams, ensuring Epic Beacon tools are optimized to support high-quality oncology workflows.
The Epic Beacon Analyst will work closely with oncology clinicians, pharmacy, nursing, and operational teams to translate clinical requirements into scalable Epic solutions. This position plays a key role in configuring, optimizing, and supporting Beacon functionality across chemotherapy ordering, pharmacy verification, infusion scheduling, treatment administration, and clinical documentation workflows.

EPIC ANALYST - BEACON/WILLOW REQUIREMENTS:
- Must possess Epic Beacon Certification
- 2+ years of hands-on Epic Beacon experience, including system builds, configuration, and ongoing support of oncology workflows
- Experience supporting Beacon implementations and optimization efforts, including initial setup, workflow improvements, and post-go-live troubleshooting
- Strong understanding of oncology clinical workflows, including chemotherapy ordering, pharmacy verification, infusion scheduling, and treatment administration
- Ability to collaborate effectively with clinicians, pharmacy, nursing, operations, IT, and informatics teams to translate clinical requirements into Epic solutions
- Experience with Epic reporting and analytics tools, including Reporting Workbench and/or SlicerDicer, with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
PLUS SKILLS:
- Additional Epic certifications such as Ambulatory or Reporting Workbench
EPIC ANALYST - BEACON/WILLOW RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design, build, test, and maintain Epic Beacon workflows, treatment plans, and reporting tools supporting oncology care delivery
- Partner with oncology clinicians, pharmacy teams, operational leaders, and IT stakeholders to ensure Epic Beacon functionality aligns with clinical and organizational goals
- Support Beacon implementations, upgrades, and optimization initiatives, including workflow refinement and performance improvements
- Translate oncology clinical and operational requirements into Epic build and configuration solutions
- Perform data analysis and reporting to support operational efficiency, clinical quality improvement, and oncology program initiatives
- Collaborate across a matrixed environment including oncology services, pharmacy, nursing, informatics, scheduling teams, and external vendors
- Participate in Epic upgrade planning, testing, validation, and deployment activities to ensure system stability and successful release management
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $45.00 - $65.00 per hour
