We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative R&D Lab Technician to join our Ingredient Division’s Product Development team. This role plays a critical part in supporting research initiatives and daily lab operations, contributing to the development and optimization of ingredient-based products. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on technical expertise, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for driving innovation from concept to commercialization.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Accurately weigh up and blend ingredients for experiments
- Complete finished product testing and evaluations and record data
- Assemble and package finished and blended product samples for customer review
- Some equipment operations
General hours of work:
· Monday through Friday
· 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
· Extended hours as needed or requested
Skills required:
- Ability to perform precise and accurate lab tests and project conclusions
- Good math and computer skills
- Ability to work independently and in small groups
- Desire for personal growth
- Follow GMP’s
- Follow proper safety procedures
- Good communication skills
