Job Description:
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Postdoctoral Neuropsychology Fellow. In this role, you will play a key part in expanding access to high ‑quality neuropsychological care for our clients and community presenting with a range of needs, including developmental disabilities/autism, ADHD, mood conditions, learning disabilities, and neurological injury/illness. Building on Curect Neuropsychology’s mission to expand virtual care through a neuropsychology l‑ed model, this role allows you to expand your clinical training conducting in ‑person evaluations across the lifespan. Fellows will gain comprehensive experience working under the supervision of Board ‑Certified or Board ‑Eligible neuropsychologists from leading training institutions working with a wide span of presentations, including developmental, psychiatric, learning, cognitive, and neurological conditions. Fellows will also collaborate with our in-house‑ therapy team, leveraging diagnostic insights into targeted, evidence-based‑ treatment plans that meaningfully enhance patient outcomes. Our training program fosters professional independence while providing strong support, paired with digital tools to boost accuracy and organization. Our program structure promotes deep growth, confidence, and clinical mastery, preparing fellows to thrive at the forefront of a technology ‑enhanced era in neuropsychology.
Note: This is a staff-level postdoctoral position and not an accredited postdoctoral fellowship under the Houston Conference guidelines; required formal didactics, seminars, and structured academic components must be completed independently and externally (e.g., through self-directed study, attendance at regional/national neuropsychology conferences, online courses, grand rounds at nearby institutions, or enrollment in non-residency didactic programs).

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations to assess individual cognitive and psychiatric needs
- Produce comprehensive neuropsychological reports with evidence‑based interpretations and individualized recommendations
- Assist in making referrals to relevant healthcare providers and programs
- Participate in clinical team meetings
- Document in accordance with formal guidelines within electronic medical records (EMR)
- Maintain professional development requirements

Qualifications:
- Psy.D. or Ph.D. from an APA-Accredited Institution
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
