Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Laboratory Assistant. This is an entry-level position designed for individuals looking to kickstart their career in a professional lab environment. We are primarily looking for candidates who are eager to learn, work hard, and grow within the field of laboratory sciences.
What You’ll Do (Primary Responsibilities):
- Sample Management: Receive, organize, and track incoming samples to ensure efficient workflow.
- Preparation: Handle sample prepping, including scanning and grinding materials for analysis.
- Organization: Label test tubes accurately and ensure all samples are staged correctly for testing.
- Readiness: Prepare consumables and equipment to ensure the lab is ready for daily operations.
- Documentation: Maintain clean and organized records of processed samples.
Who You Are:
- Education: A degree in a science-related field (Biology, Chemistry, etc.) is preferred but not required.
- Experience: While 3+ months of lab exposure (academic or professional) is a plus, it is not a requirement. We are happy to train the right candidate.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to follow strict protocols, and a desire to build a career in a lab setting.
- Mindset: You are a "recent grads" or entry-level professional who is reliable, organized, and ready to learn.
Shift Timing: 7AM-3:30 PM
Weekly schedule: M-F

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
