Expectations:
Performs a variety of standardized tests and procedures in conjunction with associated clerical and quality assurance functions. Works with minimal supervision and may be involved with coordination of workflow, in-service, and orientation. Meets CLIA criteria for General Supervisor and Testing Personnel.
This position may require flexibility of hours.
EDUCATION: Bachelor Degree required.
EXPERIENCE/TRAINING: Must have experience as required by the particular position, including personnel requirements defined by CLIA.
LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS: Required:
Cost Centers 750100 and 754000: Current Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) License issued by California Department of Public Health (CDPH)
Cost Center 750200: Current Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) License or current Clinical Microbiologist Scientist (CMS) License issued by California Department of Public Health (CDPH)
SKILLS: Must be able to multitask and follow specific protocol.

Pay Range: The estimated base rate for this position is $51.56 - $78.63.
Additional individual compensation may be available for this role through differentials, extra shift incentives, bonuses, etc. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package, and a comprehensive benefits program is available for qualifying positions.
