Job Description:
Vitalant is hiring an experienced Medical Laboratory Scientists to bring skilled technical support to our Transfusion Services team. Your impact as a Medical Lab Scientist is vital. Seeking an enthusiastic Scientist who loves mentoring and training in Blood Bank.

Schedule: Days Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

As a Med Lab Scientist, you'll get to:
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert, resource and mentor

Requirements:
Medical Laboratory Scientist II
- Bachelor's degree in MLS (Medical Lab Scientist) required. Other degrees applicable if you have MLS or BB Certification through ASCP/AHN or other credentialing agency.
- Certified Medical Lab Scientist or Blood Bank REQUIRED.
- Two years of blood bank experience required.
- Base Pay: $35.89-$37.00 /hour
Medical Laboratory Scientist III
- Bachelor's degree in MLS (Medical Lab Scientist) required. Other degrees applicable if you have MLS or BB Certification through ASCP/AHN or other credentialing agency.
- Certified Medical Lab Scientist or Blood Bank REQUIRED.
- Two years charge or Lead experience required.
- Three years of blood bank experience required.
- One year of Reference Lab experience preferred.
- Base Pay: $41.27-$42.55 /hour
Medical Laboratory Scientist IV
- Bachelor's degree in MLS (Medical Lab Scientist) required. Other degrees applicable if you have MLS or BB Certification through ASCP/AHN or other credentialing agency.
- Certified Medical Lab Scientist or Blood Bank REQUIRED.
- SBB Certification REQUIRED.
- Five years clinical laboratory testing required.
- Base Pay: $48.93/hour
