We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Laboratory Technologist to join our dynamic Core Lab team. This role is essential in supporting timely and accurate diagnostic testing in key clinical areas such as chemistry, hematology, coagulation, and urinalysis.

Responsibilities
Perform a broad range of routine and complex diagnostic tests in core lab sections (chemistry, hematology, coagulation, urinalysis).
Operate and maintain laboratory instruments according to established protocols.
Adhere to quality control standards; troubleshoot and document QC issues as needed.
Accurately document and report test results within expected turnaround times.
Maintain specimen integrity and ensure proper labeling, storage, and processing.
Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure timely communication of critical values.
Follow laboratory safety policies, infection control procedures, and regulatory standards (CAP, CLIA, OSHA).
Assist with instrument validation, method development, and LIS troubleshooting when necessary.
Required Qualifications
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology, or related field.
National certification (ASCP, AMT, or equivalent) as a Medical Laboratory Technologist (MLS/MLT).
Completion of core lab training or equivalent experience in a high-volume laboratory.
Familiarity with laboratory automation and clinical analyzers.

Pay: $24.00 - $35.00 per hour
