QA Lab Technician Responsibilities:
- Keep the lab environment orderly, secure, and welcoming for product teams.
- Collaborate with procurement to acquire hardware and parts for current systems.
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair hardware and devices in the lab.
- Conduct inventory management and audits of lab equipment.
- Support developers' testing needs and prepare devices for deployment.
QA Lab Technician Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of hardware, peripherals, and gaming devices.
- Customer service experience.
- Familiarity with QA and testing procedures.
- Proficiency in Windows 7 and higher, and OSX 10.10 and higher.
- Experience troubleshooting PC hardware, operating systems, and device drivers.
