Responsibilities:
- Conduct experiments and perform a variety of technical procedures in the development of materials for electronics applications.
- Work on special PD development projects as guided by supervisors; Strong laboratory and research skills: compliance with all safety regulations, sound lab technique and good record keeping
- Gather and analyze data using Albert digital system and provide fast communications to supervisors
Qualifications:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment in a team or on their own and perform assignments with limited supervision.
- Is hands-on and enjoys working with machines and tools, and coming up with new ideas.
- Previous experience in a laboratory environment is preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and well organized
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong computer skills: MS office
- Self-Starter; collaborative team player with an entrepreneurial spirit and can-do attitude
- Project management skills: strong work ethic and ability to meet work deadlines
- Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Material Sciences and Engineering; Polymer Materials
Pay: $32.00 - $35.00 per hour
