Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate sample weighing, homogenization to prepare samples for quantitative and qualitative chemical and microbiological analysis
- Perform analyses such as pH, water activity and moisture content in plant material, extracts and edible samples
- Photograph samples and inspect for contaminants
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management
- Maintain standard laboratory housekeeping, such as cleanliness of countertops, hoods, floors, common areas, glassware and other reusable laboratory tool
- Collect samples following State of NV regulations and guidelines
- Use company vehicle to physically transport samples to the laboratory
- Responsible for establishing and maintaining chain of custody for all samples collected for laboratory analyses
- Strong communication skills
- Dependable and reliable worker
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently when directed
- Detail and quality oriented.
Required to Apply:
- Minimum age 21, with High School Diploma or GED
- Must have a valid NV Driver's License
Physical Demands
- Occasionally stand for long periods of time
- Ability to occasional lift up to 40 pounds

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
